Troopers search Tuluksak for missing teen

Alaska State Troopers are searching for a missing teenager in the village of Tuluksak.
Troopers say Crim Alexie, 19, has been missing since last Saturday, when he and
some friends were drinking near the village.
Troopers spokesperson Beth Ipsen says Alexie might have fallen in the water, or
could simply be out with friends and have yet to return home.
The area around the village is being searched. Attempts to fly in a search dog from
Fairbanks were halted after the plane carrying the canine team crashed into trees
at the end of the runway in the village.
Ipsen says there were no serious injuries.
